Ariel Lett, Esq. is the Managing Attorney of Lett Law. The Firm benefits from Mr. Lett’s extensive experience. Before founding Lett Law in 2005, Mr. Lett worked for several years at both large and small defense companies. He gained a solid understanding of the workings of insurance companies, their thinking processes, and how they operate. Lett Law benefits from his experience. He will make sure that you are not taken advantage of through Bad Faith insurance companies.
In addition to his experience in law firms, Mr. Lett was also a federal law clerk for Darrin P. gayles of the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of Florida. As a federal law clerk, Mr. Lett evaluated and managed many cases, including drafting numerous orders and opinions that decided complex procedural and substantive legal issues. Mr. Lett also has experience in litigation in non-compete and trade secret law.
Mr. Lett received his Juris Doctor degree from Michigan State University College of Law. He was also a Trustee Full Tuition Scholarship recipient. He was a Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition national champion and received several personal honors and awards for Moot Court & Trial Advocacy while in law school. He was also an Associate Editor for the Michigan State International Law Review. Additionally, Mr. Lett was on the Michigan State Arbitration team where he won a regional championship. Mr. Lett did an internship with the Honorable Victoria A. Roberts of U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan.
Prior to law school, Mr. Lett attended Northwood University where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration while on the Dean’s List. He was also part of the school’s national championship mock trials team, where he won several personal awards, including an All-American Attorney Award.
Mr. Lett is licensed in the State of Florida as well as the U.S. District Court for Southern District of Florida.
