8/7/2026 Upon moving I was given grace by the Manager Jennifer Jenkins to which I am very grateful. Too, I speedily got my deposit far before the 30 days. 3/18/2026 Upgraded to 2 stars the piece ordered wasn't correct but not by Ivy Commons fault. I was very relieved when my daughter called me alerting me the washer was fixed early a.m. 3/11/2026 Thank you for acknowledging my frustration. Indeed it worked a bit then all out gave out. Today a gentleman came out and replaced the module. I hope it resolves the matter.
